Refund policy

Whether you’re purchasing a single printer or equipping an entire office, we are here to ensure your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy for your peace of mind.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip with your return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our returns team at sales@pcr-ni.shop to begin the process.
  2. Return Authorisation: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including any accessories.
  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives visibly damaged by the courier, inform the driver immediately and decline the package. Alternatively, contact the courier to file a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or signed for by someone else, you have 5 days to file a damage claim. Please obtain a control number from the courier for reference.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies if you cancel your order after it has been processed.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the quickest way to obtain a replacement is to return the unwanted item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
