We currently sell products in the United Kingdom. Now we do not offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery Information
Estimated Delivery Time: Handling Time + Transit Time
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), required for production processing prior to dispatch.
Transit Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), following handling.
Order Cut-Off Time for Same-Day Processing: Orders placed by 1:00 pm GMT (London) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will begin handling on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will begin handling the next working day.
Important Note: All products require a production phase before dispatch, which accounts for the specified handling time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Damages
If your item arrives with visible damage from the courier, inform the driver immediately that you do not wish to accept the package, or contact the courier directly to report a damaged shipment. If the damaged package was left or signed for by someone else, you have 5 days to file a damage claim. Be sure to obtain a control number from the courier for reference.
